If you have dental insurance, we will work with you to assure you receive the maximum benefits according to the terms of your plan. Please keep in mind most insurance plans include a deductible, co-payments and other expenses which are the responsibility of the patient.

If you have a defined medical spending plan through your employer, we will submit documentation of your treatment and payment so you will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms of your plan.
