Our fees are based on the excellent care, highest quality treatment and personalized service that we provide for you.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. For major treatment we offer accounting adjustments for payment in full by cash or check on the day treatment is presented or in advance of the first scheduled treatment appointment.

If you have dental insurance, we will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits according to the terms of your plan. Keep in mind that most insurances include a deductible, co-payments and other expenses which are the responsibility of the patient.

If you have a defined medical spending plan through your employer, we will submit documentation of your treatment and payment so that you will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms of that plan.

Payment Plans through Capitol One

Our goal is to provide our patients with the finest dental care available.   To help our patients receive the services they desire, our office is pleased to announce that we are now participating with Capitol One Healthcare Finance.

Capitol One Healthcare Finance has provided affordable payment options to dental offices for over 10 years.  The program offers a number of terms from which to choose, including rates starting at 1.9% APR.  (Loan terms may vary based on treatment fee and the applicant’s credit information).  Capitol One also offers extended payment plans that allow patients up to 60 months in which to pay for their dental treatment.  There are no forms to fill out, no down payment required, and no pre-payment penalties.

We feel Capitol One Healthcare Finance is a good value and are recommending it to our patients who are looking for an easy, affordable payment option.
