Our fees are based on the excellent care, highest quality treatment and personalized service that we provide for you.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. For larger cases we offer prepayment accounting adjustments. Speak with our office manager for more details and to see if your case qualifies.

If you have dental insurance, we will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits according to the terms of your plan. Keep in mind that most insurance plans include a deductible, co-payments and other expenses which are the responsibility of the patient.

If you have a defined medical spending plan through your employer, we will submit documentation of your treatment and payment so that you will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms of that plan.
