Cosmetic Dentistry for Women
Most adults agree that an attractive smile is an important social
asset and that it can make a difference in career success. People
with attractive smiles are often perceived as being more confident,
personable and successful. Our patients tell us that their new
improved smiles make them feel better about themselves. What would
you like to improve in your smile?

This very attractive professional woman
did not like her "gummy" smile. Her front teeth were also too
square, short and dark. |
|
Dr. Doray placed porcelain veneers after
minor surgical correction of the gum tissue contours. The shape,
length and color of the teeth have been designed to give the
patient a brighter, more dynamic smile.

This woman was very self-conscious about
the imperfections in her smile. In this view we see that the
extremely dark tooth was accentuated by teeth that were too
short on the side and too long in the front.
|
|
Dr. Doray used porcelain veneers to change
the shape, color and length of the teeth. What a lovely smile! |

This young woman wanted the "perfect
smile." Some of the esthetic problems that she wanted to correct
included the dark old silver fillings, yellow tooth color,
uneven edges of the upper front teeth and crooked lower front
teeth. |
|
Our patient loves her smile makeover by
Dr. Doray! Her silver fillings are gone and all of her teeth are
white. Dr. Doray also corrected the tooth shape and alignment,
creating the stunningly beautiful “perfect smile” that you see
here.

Here we see some typical smile changes
that may occur with aging. The front teeth have worn down and
now look too square and short. Larger old fillings between the
teeth give the teeth a darker appearance. The patient's teeth
seem to recede in her smile.
|
|
Wow! This smile would catch your
attention! With a combination of porcelain veneers and one
porcelain crown, Dr. Doray was able to create this fabulous
result. She changed the shape, length, and color of the teeth to
achieve this patient's goal of a brighter, more vibrant smile.

Cosmetic Temporary
Restorations |

This woman’s worn dark teeth made her look
older. She also did not like the yellow color of her older
porcelain restorations on the very front teeth. |
|
These temporary veneers placed by Dr.
Doray reflect the desired improvements in shape and color for
the new porcelain veneers. They allow the patient to “try on"
her new smile. Even with our temporary veneers, our patients
have beautiful smiles!

This lovely young woman had a long history
of dental concerns, including the poor esthetics of her smile.
The upper front teeth were flaring out into her lip. They were
also worn, discolored and too short. |
|
After a full smile makeover by Dr. Doray,
our patient was ecstatic about her new look! Her new porcelain
crowns have a more pleasing shape, color and length. The flaring
has been corrected for proper lip support so that her smile is
relaxed, natural, confident and gorgeous.

This woman was unhappy with her smile
primarily due to the uneven tooth length, tooth asymmetry and
color mismatch between her old porcelain crowns and her natural
teeth.
|
|
Our patient was thrilled with the
beautiful final result that Dr. Doray created. Her healthy new
smile shows excellent tooth proportion, form and color.
